Dundalk, Ontario. We offer crop producers across Mid-western and Central Ontario support
developing cropping system strategies to increase farm profitability. Working closely with
clients we enable them to implement yield enhancing nutrition and Integrated Pest Management

Role Description: Consists of crop monitoring to enable pest, weed and nutritional management
decisions throughout the growing season. Includes tissue, nitrate, and soil sampling at critical
points in the growing season along with field mapping. You will be continuously troubleshooting
field issues on the go such as weeds, insects, disease, and nutrient deficiencies. You will collect
and log observations on a mobile platform to establish long term farm/field history. All systems
are digital and mobile and require a knowledge of data management. Longer hours are required
during peak season (June). We offer competitive wages along with extensive training and
coaching. A longer work term is possible for the right candidate. This is a great experience for

Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
Must possess an ability to think critically to solve problems independently. Applicants must be
self-motivated to achieve excellence. Computer aptitude is essential. Skills in crop diagnostics
are an asset. Candidates must be a self-starter with a willingness to embrace hands on tasks. You
must be able to work independently under time sensitive priorities.


Education and Experience: Seeking applicants who are studying in Agronomy, Plant Science,
Soil Science, Biological Science or Environmental Science or have crop production experience.

New grads are welcome. Must have a valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.


Includes: Overtime pay, company car, ability to work independently

Must speak fluent English and resided in Ontario, Canada
